At Steyr Truck, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable refrigerated containers. This warranty policy outlines what is covered and how to make a claim.

✅ Warranty Coverage

We offer a limited warranty of 6 months on all used and refurbished refrigerated containers, covering:

  • Cooling system malfunctions (within normal usage range)

  • Structural integrity issues (frame, doors, insulation)

  • Electrical faults related to refrigeration performance

New containers may come with extended manufacturer warranties—please ask for details at time of purchase.


❌ What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, rust)

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or handling

  • Modifications made after delivery

  • Failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures

  • Power issues related to external sources (e.g., poor supply)


🛠️ Making a Warranty Claim

To file a claim:

  1. Contact our support team at support@steyrtruck.pl

  2. Provide your invoice number, delivery date, and detailed description of the issue

  3. Attach photos or videos of the affected parts

Our team will evaluate the issue and respond within 3 business days.


🔄 Remedies

If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:

  • Repair of the faulty component

  • Replacement part or unit (if available)

  • Partial refund or service credit, depending on the case


📌 Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty applies only to original buyers and is non-transferable.

  • Claims must be made within the warranty period.

  • All service or repair must be done by authorized personnel.
