Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions: The container is damaged upon delivery. The product received does not match the agreed specifications. The container has functional defects that were not disclosed before purchase.

Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee eligibility.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at support@steyrtruck.pl with your order number and issue details...Attach photos or videos showing the problem...Our team will review the case and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process

If a return is approved, you will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the situation...Refunds are issued via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after container inspection...If a replacement is preferred, we will arrange new delivery at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Containers customized to your specifications...Units sold under “as-is” or clearance terms
